For professionals

A client's record, read-only and free for you

When a parent shares their record with you, you see it in a professional portal at no cost. The parent chooses how long access lasts and can end it at any time.

Who it is for

  • Attorneys
  • Mediators
  • Parenting coordinators
  • Guardians ad litem
  • Therapists
  • Caseworkers
  • Free professional account

Sign in with the email address the parent shared with. Confirm your name and role once. Upload a credential if you want it verified.

  • Every client in one list

A dashboard lists each family that shared its record with you and the date access ends.

  • Read-only by design

Timeline, money, messages and exports, with no way to add, edit or send anything.

  • Watermarked

Every page, and every PDF you download, carries a line saying who it was shared with and until when.

  • Access log

Each view is logged in the family's audit chain. The parent can see the log; the other parent is not shown your access.

  • Numbers that drill down

Scheduled against recorded handovers, reimbursements paid on time or late, and reply times, each opening the records behind it.

Checking a record

Exports carry a verification link and each record in a court package a 16-character code. Anyone can check them on the public verification page, without an account. A match shows the file is unchanged; it does not by itself show who created the underlying records or whether they are accurate.
