Price and who pays

Venns
Free account creation. Paid app subscription $6.99 a month or $59.00 a year per family, paid by one parent. 7-day trial with a card required upfront, then recurring payments; cancel anytime.
OurFamilyWizard
Plans from $110 to $299.88 a year. Each parent has their own subscription; one parent may pay for the other. No free plan; refund within the first 30 days.[1]
TalkingParents
Essentials $7, Enhanced $16, Ultimate $32 a month. Parents can be on different plans. A paid subscription is needed since March 30, 2026; fee waivers for financial or domestic-violence hardship.[5]
AppClose
$7.99 a month on the web, $8.99 in the app, or $83.88 a year prepaid. Free accounts for those in need and survivors of domestic violence.[8]

Does the other parent need an account?

No. They answer each request from a link in their browser.

Where Venns is different

  • Deadlines come from your own order first, with the page and wording each one came from.
  • Every request has a delivery trail, and the record is sealed with a fingerprint anyone can check.
  • Texts, WhatsApp chats, emails, screenshots and other apps' histories can be brought into the same record.
  • Medication and expense reports show recorded care and costs, with a reviewed caretaker sheet and separate counts for reported missed doses and due slots with no report.
