SevenH Tech LLC
Terms of Service
Version 2026-09-27 · Effective September 27, 2026
These terms describe your agreement with SevenH Tech LLC for Venns, a tool for organizing family communication, schedules and records. They take effect when the current version is published and you accept them. Contact details and publication status appear with this document.
1. Accounts and authority
Adult accounts require you to be at least 18 and able to enter this agreement. Use accurate information, protect your sign-in links and devices, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Invite people only when you have authority to share the information they will receive. Limited teen access is available for ages 13–17 through the parent-consent process; a teen cannot manage billing or access the full adult family record. Do not create an account for a child under 13. Entering information about a child does not give another person legal custody, parental authority or permission to disclose that information.
2. Information, not professional advice
Venns does not provide legal advice, legal representation, medical advice or financial advice. Use of the service does not create an attorney-client relationship. Schedules, clause summaries, calculations, reminders and AI drafts are organizational aids. They do not change a court order or replace advice from a qualified professional. You remain responsible for checking the original order, applicable deadlines and the facts before acting. Venns does not determine custody, resolve disputes, decide who is telling the truth, or guarantee an outcome.
3. Lawful and safe use
Do not use Venns to threaten, harass, stalk, impersonate, coerce, evade a protective order, secretly monitor someone, distribute unlawful material, or access information without permission. Do not upload fabricated evidence or knowingly misrepresent a record. Respect court restrictions and the privacy and intellectual property rights of others. The service is not an emergency service and delivery of a message or alert is not guaranteed. Contact emergency services when needed. Device access, shared accounts and notifications can expose information; review the safety controls and your own circumstances before sharing.
4. Records, sharing and exports
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful collection of content you submit. Tamper-evident records help identify certain changes after recording; they do not prove that the original statement, receipt, time, identity or event was accurate. Exports are not guaranteed to be accepted as evidence or to satisfy court filing rules. Shared family records may remain available to the other parent after you leave or delete your account. Revoking access cannot retrieve copies already downloaded or otherwise disclosed. Review recipients, scopes and file-sharing links before sharing, and keep independent copies of important documents.
5. Optional AI assistance
AI assistance requires the separate action and consent shown for the feature. Selected text or files are sent to the identified provider when you request help. AI can omit information, invent details, misread documents or produce biased suggestions. Review drafts against their source before confirming terms, applying suggestions or sending messages. Tone suggestions do not diagnose a person or establish misconduct. An AI suggestion is not automatically sent as a message. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share with the provider.
6. Calls, recordings and device permissions
Obtain every consent required by the laws that apply to all participants before recording or uploading a conversation. An in-app prompt does not establish that a recording is lawful. Do not use a recording feature to bypass a person's refusal or a court restriction. Permissions for notifications, camera, microphone, photos or location are feature-specific and can be controlled through your device. Location verification is an optional foreground check, not continuous tracking. Neither call tools nor check-ins establish a person's safety or location with certainty.
7. Paid plans, trial and cancellation
A free account does not require a subscription. Where offered, Venns Pro costs US$6.99 monthly or US$59.00 yearly and a court-packet purchase costs US$29.00; the checkout shows the applicable price, taxes, purchase scope and any updated offer before you pay. An eligible seven-day trial requires a card and an express checkout agreement. Unless canceled before its end, the trial converts to the recurring interval and amount disclosed at checkout. Trial eligibility is not promised for every account. Subscription billing is separate from payments or reimbursements between parents. Manage or cancel an enabled subscription from Plan through the billing portal; cancellation stops the next renewal, with paid access normally continuing through the current period. Deleting an account does not by itself cancel a separately billed subscription. Contact us promptly if you cannot access cancellation or dispute a charge. Refunds and cancellation rights required by law apply; we do not exclude them. Material renewal-price changes will be disclosed before they take effect. No payment is collected by a disabled local checkout.
8. Your content and our service
You retain your rights in your content. You grant SevenH Tech LLC a limited license to host, copy, process and display it as needed to provide the features you request, share it with authorized recipients, protect the service and meet legal obligations. This is not a license to sell your family records or use them in advertising. The service software, branding and original materials belong to their respective owners. Subject to these terms, you may use the service for its intended purpose. Do not bypass security, disrupt the service or infringe others' rights. Nothing restricts uses or rights that applicable law protects.
9. Availability and account restrictions
Features can depend on internet access, operating-system permissions and third-party providers. We cannot promise uninterrupted access, timely notifications or recovery of every unsynced item. We may restrict access to address a security risk, unlawful use or a material violation of these terms. Where lawful and practical we will give notice, explain the restriction and provide a way to ask for review. Restrictions do not authorize destruction of legally protected records. Before discontinuing the service or materially limiting export access, we will provide reasonable notice where practical and required by law.
10. Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise that every feature will be error-free or fit a particular legal purpose. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible to the other for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. SevenH Tech LLC's aggregate contractual liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of US$100 or the fees you paid us for the service in the preceding 12 months, to the extent that this limit is lawful. These limitations do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or remedies and mandatory consumer rights preserved by law. Nothing in these terms prevents reporting to a regulator, bringing a claim, or obtaining a remedy the law provides.
11. Questions, disputes and changes
You may contact us using the published contact details to raise a concern, ask for review or seek an informal resolution. Doing so is optional and does not shorten a legal deadline. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or an exclusive court location. Applicable law determines available courts and protections. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful. We will publish a dated version and give notice of material changes; where fresh consent is required we will request it. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights.
