Texas child expense reimbursement deadlines

Texas Family Code §154.183 covers uninsured health costs for a child but sets no time limit for sending or paying them. The dates below come from the standard wording used in many Texas medical support orders, so they apply only when your order uses that wording.

If your order sets different days, or does not use the standard wording, your order decides.
