How to name Venns in an order
Some orders name a specific tool for communication and expense requests. If yours will name Venns, the samples below describe what the app actually does, so the order does not promise a feature it lacks.
These samples have not been reviewed by a lawyer. They are not legal advice and are not a form approved by any court.

Expense requests
A parent seeking reimbursement of the child's uninsured health, child-care or other shared expenses shall send the request through Venns (or its successor), with an itemized statement and proof of payment attached. A request is delivered when the other parent's email address or phone number on file receives the request link.
What the app does today
The app records when a request is sent, opened and answered. Delivery by email or text through the app is being connected; until then the parent shares the link and records when it was sent.
Payment and response
The other parent shall pay their share, or state in writing the reason for any objection, within [30] days after the request is delivered. A payment made outside the app shall be recorded in the app by either parent within [7] days.
What the app does today
The other parent can mark a payment as sent, reply, or dispute with a reason from the request link. Their answers are timestamped and sealed.
Cost of the app
The parent who sets up Venns pays any subscription. The other parent shall not be required to pay for or create an account in order to receive or answer requests.
What the app does today
Pricing is per family; the other parent never pays.
Records
Either parent may export the Venns record (including requests, delivery records and payments) and provide it to the other parent, counsel, a mediator or the court. Each export carries a verification link that anyone may use to check whether the file has been changed.
What the app does today
Exports come as Excel, Word or PDF with a fingerprint and a verification link.
